8. Refund policy
You may ask for a refund for an order that is incomplete within 14 days. An incomplete order is one that has never been set up satisfactory within the first 14 days. Once an accout with Follow Up Spark is activated and you have been assigned a phone number, by us or any other entity, it will be considered a complete job and no longer eligible for a refund.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
